  • punch down, divide into 20 balls, press each ball into 4 in circle
  • put filling in center, bring up perimeter pinch and seal
  • lay each ball pinched side down on parchment lined baking sheet
  • cover with damp towel and proof 'til doubled again
  • bake 20-25 min in 350 F oven, 'til nice and brown
  • brush with glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds
