 mix with the remaining 1/3 of
the dry mix and fold in
  • line 64 sq in pan with parchment paper, pour batter in, and smooth
  • sprinkle streusel mix over
  • bake 40-50 min in 350 F oven
  • let rest for 20 min, then extract onto cooling rack
