mash some in bowl to release
the juice; add sugar if tart
add the rest
or peaches:

simmer a few minutes with a little
sugar
the cobbler:

melt in nr 8 skillet, then add
cobbler mix, mix well
  • pour fruit and juices into center
  • bake at 350 deg F for about one hour; tester should come out clean
  • serve with whipped cream, creme fraiche, vanilla yoghurt, or vanilla ice cream
