1 3	t T	active yeast lukewarm water	mix and let stand 5-10 min in large bowl
1 1/2 1 1/2	c c	white flour cool water	add to the above and stir vigorously vigorously; cover
let stand 24 hours, should triple in volume and then collapse after using, replace with equal quantities of flour and water and let stand 24 hours, then refridgerate
