1/2 1 1/2 1 2	c c T T	butter, softened sugar, powdered lemon zest brandy
beat butter in mixer with paddle attachment until fluffys add powdered sugar gradually until incorporated, scraping sides of the bowl twice during the process. add lemon zest and brandy and beat again, scraping the bowl to make sure everything gets mixed together.
