cook for 3-4 minutes until
it thickens.

olive oil
salt/pepper as req
wash/dry then halve the
spouts and mix with the oil

  • place sprouts in a single layer on the pan, leaving some space between the brussel sprouts; they shouldn't be overlapping. roast at 435 F for 20-25 minutes or until the sprouts are browned and crispy.
  • toss the hot brussels sprouts with the sauce and serve.
