fried garlic butter:
3 4 10 1 1 1/2 1/2	T t clv T T t c	butter olive oil garlic, minced rosemary oregano chili flakes parsley, minced	put in small pot and heat for 1-2 min, until butter is melted and spices are fragrant, then allow to cool
make 3 c focaccia dough q.v. proof divide into 12 pieces roll each piece into long cylinder, and tie into a slip knot toss each knot in the garlic butter, and place on baking sheet leaving space so the knots will not touch while rising drizzle each knot with any remaining garlic butter proof bake for 12-15 min at 450 F, cool on rack
