rinse, remove any debris
  • put into quart mason jar with 1 1/2 c water
  • cover with paper towel secured with rubber band
  • put in dark cubbard for 8-12 hours
  • rinse, drain, and put back in cubbard
  • repeat for 2-3 days
  • dry sprouts and store in ice box
