hands until the dough comes
off the counter clean
  • place dough in two 7 1/2 in tart pans w/ removeable bottoms
  • pat down 'til smooth
  • prick all over with a fork in nice pattern
  • bake 45-60 min at 325 F or 'til firm and brown at the edges
  • ok, but not so good as with butter
