add and work together with hands until the dough comes off the counter clean

- place dough in two 7 1/2 in tart pans w/ removeable bottoms
- pat down 'til smooth
- prick all over with a fork in nice pattern
- bake 45-60 min at 325 F or 'til firm and brown at the edges
- ok, but not so good as with butter
