5 1/4 2	c c oz	apricots, depitted and chopped lemon juice pectin powder	put in large pot over medium heat and bring to a boil
7	c	sugar	add and bring back to a boil boil an additional minute
ladle into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 in air space, and seal
