put into gal plastic storage
bag, add 2/3 of the sauce;
work 'til all coated, squeeze
out air, seal and put in ice
box for 24 hours or so
  • soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 15 minutes.
  • transfer the meat to a plate and discard the marinade.
  • thread the meat onto the bamboo or metal skewers.
  • grill over coals, brushing with the remaining marinade
