scallions, chopped
ginger, grated
garlic, grated
mayonaise
canola oil
sesame oil, toasted
lemon juice
toast sesame 3-4 min in small
skillet, put in bowl, then
add the rest and mix well





slaw:

mix well, adding all but 1/4 c
of the sauce

canola oil
salt, as req
pepper, as req
coat salmon w/ oil, then add
salt/pepper; roast in 425 F
oven 10 min or so, 'til done

  • spoon the 1/4 c reserved sauce over the salomon and serve with the sesame slaw
