1/4	c	black pepper, ground	put in large pot over med heat and toast for 20 sec or so
6 6	T T	olive oil butter	add, stirring 'til butter melts remove from heat, reserve
1	lb	spaghetti	add to large pot of boiling water and cook 'til al dente drain, reserving 1/2 c water
add 1/4 c reserved water to pepper mix, then add the pasta and toss 'til well coated
1/2	c	grated pecorino romano	stir in, adding more pasta water if necessary to loosen
serve with additional grated cheese and pepper
