the glaze:
1 1 2 2 2	T T T clv t	miso paste soy sauce orange juice garlic, pressed honey	combine well
1	lb	firm white fish fillets	pour the glaze over and marinate for an hour or so
drain the fish fillets, place on a rack, and bake at 400 deg F for 10 min or until done through
