1 1/2 2 1 1/2 1/4	c c clv T t t - -	greek yoghurt mint, chopped garlic, pressed lemon juice cumin cayenne salt, as req pepper, as req	mix
falafel:
15 1/4 2 1 2 1 1 1 1 1/2 1/2 1	oz c T sm clv t t t t t t t -	ceci, drained, mashed bread crumbs sesame seeds onion, minced garlic, minced parsley, dried cilantro, dried coriander, ground cumin, ground cayenne pepe nero, ground baking powder water, as req	mix (too much for betts) (6 T required 120523)
form into small balls (about 9) flatten fry in olive oil over med high heat until well browned on each side or bake 15 min at 450 deg F serve with mint/garlic sauce
