sugar cookie w/ caraway
fanny farmer (heavily modif 2009)

1/2 1	lb c	butter, soft sugar	cream together
2 2 1	ea T t	egg milk vanilla	beat in
2 1/2 4 1	c t T t	flour baking powder caraway seedss cayenne (optional)	beat in
arrange by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet flatten with fork dipped in water (so that they crisp) bake 8-10 min at 400 degF, 'til done and light brown at the edges place on wire rack to cool
