honey sesame oil, dark soy sauce ground ginger

mix thoroughly
|
the seafood: |

wild salmon
|
cut into large pieces
|
- place salmon in skillet, and spoon/brush on glaze
- broil for about 10-12 min, brushing on glaze intermittently
- remove to serving plate, removing skin if not skinless
- add a little water and simmer to deglaze pan and make sauce
- serve with rice
