salmon w/ honey/soy

the glaze:

sesame oil, dark
soy sauce
ground ginger
mix thoroughly



the seafood:
1
lb
wild salmon
cut into large pieces
  • place salmon in skillet, and spoon/brush on glaze
  • broil for about 10-12 min, brushing on glaze intermittently
  • remove to serving plate, removing skin if not skinless
  • add a little water and simmer to deglaze pan and make sauce
  • serve with rice
