  • pour grease out of pan, but continue using same pan

break into thirds, and bake in oven at
350 F, for 12-15 min, stirring, reserve

put in nr8 dutch oven along with
reserved onions, garlic, mushrooms,
bring to a boil and simmer 5-10 min
  • add all reserved goodies
  • continue simmering for 5-10 min until vermicelli nearly done
  • scoop out 2/3 into nr11 frying pan, leave 1/3 in nr8 dutch oven
  • put both pans into 350 F oven for 20 min, until pasta browned and crunchy
  • serve
