lemon (lime) jelly

1 1/2	T c	gelatin (1 envelope) water	put in bowl and let stand 5 min
1 1/2	c c	boiling water sugar	add and stir until sugar dissolves
1/2	c	lemon (lime) juice	add, stir
pour into dessert dishes or moulds, etc put in icebox until set for grapefruit jelly, use 3/4 c boiling water and 3/4 c grapefruit juice for stiff blocks, double the amount of gelatin, pour into rectangular pan, and cut into blocks when set
