place skillet over high heat w/ oil
season steak w/ salt & pepper
fry w/o moving 5 min, turn
fry on other side 4-5 min
remove to cutting board
squeeze half lime over steak
tent w/ foil, let rest 10 min
wipe out pan

halve onion pole/pole, cut into
1 in slices
add oil to skillet, fry onion over
med heat until some brown at edges
c 8 min, reserve

halve, core, stem, cut pepper
into 1/2 in slices
add oil to skillet, fry peppers over
med heat until some brown at edges
c 8 min, reserve
  • cut steak into thin slices across the grain
  • serve on warm platter along with onions and peppers
  • serve w/ warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole
