the glaze:

honey
boil in small pan until reduced by
half
the main dish:

salmon fillets
marinate in glaze for 10 min or so
  • place in skillet on top of stove, set salmon in pan flesh side down
  • cook for 2 min, brushing the top with glaze
  • add the remaining glaze and turn the fish over
  • put skillet into 350 deg oven and cook for 6-8 min, 'til fish flakes
