glazed salmon

the glaze:
1/2 1 1/4	c T	apple cider honey	boil in small pan until reduced by half
the main dish:
4	ea	salmon fillets	marinate in glaze for 10 min or so
place in skillet on top of stove, set salmon in pan flesh side down cook for 2 min, brushing the top with glaze add the remaining glaze and turn the fish over put skillet into 350 deg oven and cook for 6-8 min, 'til fish flakes
