the salad:

halve, deseed, deskin, dice 1/2 in
toss w/ juice to prevent discoloration;
reserve

halve, deseed, and scoop out the
sections with grapefruit spoon, drain,
saving juice for other uses

frisee, cut in small pcs
vinagrette
add the grapefruit and toss together


  • arrange portions of salad on individual plates/bowles
  • top with reserved avacado
  • drizzle remaining vinagrette over each, serve
