grapefruit/avocado salad

vinagrette:
1/4 2 - -	c t	grapefruit juice dijon mustard pepper, ground, as req salt, as req	whisk together
1/4	c	olive oil	drizzle in, whisking the while 'til thickened; reserve
the salad:
1 1	ea T	avocado, large grapefruit juice	halve, deseed, deskin, dice 1/2 in toss w/ juice to prevent discoloration; reserve
2	ea	grapefruit	halve, deseed, and scoop out the sections with grapefruit spoon, drain, saving juice for other uses
2 1 3	ea hd T	scallions, diced frisee, cut in small pcs vinagrette	add the grapefruit and toss together
arrange portions of salad on individual plates/bowles top with reserved avacado drizzle remaining vinagrette over each, serve
