arils will sink, membranes will float
sieve arils and reserve

black pepper, ground
heat in skillet until spices fragrant

add and stir

tear into 2 in pieces, removing stem
  • place portion of frisee on each salad plate
  • add portion of shrimp
  • top with pommegranate arils for granish
