1/2	hd	cabbage	core, shred, and steam 'til al dente reserve
8	med	potatoes	peel, slice, steam 'til done; mash
1/2	stk	butter	melt, add to potatoes
-		milk, as req	heat, add as well
when mashed potatoes are fluffy and nice, stir in the cooked, shredded cabbage that's all there is to it
