dice and saute, 'til soft

cilantro, chopped
jalapenos, diced fine
thaw niblets, add to skillet, mix,
saute a bit, cool

add to above and mix
  • stuff peppers with mixture
  • place in #11 skillet, bake 30 min at 450 deg F, serve
