whisk together





the slaw:

core and slice very thin, c 4 cups

quarter, core, slice thin crosswise
the garnish:

flat leaf parsley
chop coarse
  • toss slaw with dressing, let stand 40 min for flavors to blend, slaw to wilt
  • cover and chill
  • serve, garnishing with the parsley
