bake c 1 hr at 450 deg F 'til soft
mash 'til smooth, reserve

fire roasted garlic

in heavy pot, bring butter to sizzle;
add garlic, reserved sweet potatoes
and seasoning mix, cook 8 min

add and simmer, 'til thick and bubbling

cabbage, cut in 1 in pcs
parsnips, in 1/2 in pcs
swiss chard, in 1 in pcs
jalaenos, chopped
add and simmer until veggies tender
