lamb sirloin, cubed


marinate in above, several hours,
then grill or pan broil at high heat
'til medium done
other salad ingredients:

feta, cubed
yukon gold spuds,
cleaned, steamed, cubed
cucumber, peeled, cubed
grape tomatoes
kalamata olives
capers








dressing:

red wine vinegar
olive oil
mint, chopped fine
salt/pepper to taste
whisk together



  • divide the spinach onto four plates
  • divide the other salad ingredients over the spinach
  • top with the grilled lamb
  • sprinkle with dressing
