powdered milk
stop and shop powdered milk package

basic receipt:
1 1/3 1	c qt	powdered milk water	shake together until powder dissolved makes 1 qt reconstituted milk
1	env		=    7/8 c (jdm) = 1 1/3 c (pkg)
whipped topping:
1/2 1/2	c c	powdered milk ice water	beat with electric mixer on high until soft peaks form, 2-3 min
2	T	lemon juice	add and beat until stiff, 1-2 min
1/4	c	sugar	fold in
chill, keeps up to 1/2 hour, makes about 3 cups
buttermilk:
1 1/2	qt c	reconstituted pwdrd milk buttermilk	stir together, cover, and let stand in warm room until clabbered (overnight)
stir until smooth and store in icebox
coconut milk:
1 2	c T	warm water powdered coconut milk	mix well for thick milk (use only 1 T for thin milk)
