put in chilled bowl and beat c 45 s
at med 'til foamy and beginning to
thicken; beat 30 - 60 s on hi to
soft peaks
  • makes 2 1/2 cups
variations:
  • substitute 1/3 c sour cream for mascarpone
  • substitute 1/4 c whole milk yoghurt for mascarpone
  • substitute 1/2 t vanilla and 1 T dark rum for vanilla
  • substitute 1/2 t vanilla and 1 T orange liqueur for vanilla
