4 1 1/4 2	ea c t	eggs sugar lemon zest (one lemon)	beat on medium until well combined about 30 sec
1 1 1/2	c t	butter, melted & cooled vanilla	beat in
1 1/2 1 1/2	c c t t	cake flour coarse cornmeal baking powder salt	mix and fold in, in 3 batches
pour in butterd/floured loaf pan, c 9x5 inches bake in 325 deg F oven c 60 min, until golden brown and skewer comes out clean, rotating pan half way through cool for 10 min, invert on wire rack, and cool further
