mix and fold in, in 3 batches



  • pour in butterd/floured loaf pan, c 9x5 inches
  • bake in 325 deg F oven c 60 min, until golden brown and skewer comes out clean, rotating pan half way through
  • cool for 10 min, invert on wire rack, and cool further
