add and blend thoroughly

melt, let cool a bit, add
  • heat pizzelle iron over medium burner, both sides
  • butter both sides of pizzelle iron
  • add heaping teaspoon dollop just rear of center of pizzelle iron
  • cook about 20-30 sec, flip iron, cook additional 20-30 sec
  • take out completed, somewhat browned pizzelle, place on rack to cool
  • dust with powdered sugar
  • makes about 9
