1 1 3 1/2	c c ea t	flour milk eggs salt	beat in blender 30 sec (hand mixer ok) allow to rest 30 min
2	T	melted butter	use for brushing cups of muffin pan
fill cups of 12 cup muffin pan up half way
cold oven method:
put in center of cold oven, set for 450 deg F, bake 30 min rotate pan 180 deg and lower the heat to 350 deg F bake for 15 min until deep golden brown
hot oven method (more likely to be lopsided, less crisp):
bake 20 min at 450 deg F rotate pan 180 deg and lower the heat to 325 deg F bake for 15-20 min until deep golden brown
