crumbled gingerbread
milk
mix and let sit for 30 min (ginger
snaps may be used for gingerbread)

beat and add in

raisins
vanilla
crystalized ginger
mince ginger, mix all and add



  • pour into 1 qt buttered souffle bowl
  • place bowl in pan with 1" water and bake at 350 deg F for 30 min
  • stir and bake another 30 min until set but shakey in center
  • serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or heavy whipped cream
