blazing black bean dip (lean bean cuisine):
1 1 4 -	med ea clv	onion, diced habenero, seeded, diced garlic, minced olive oil, as req	saute 5 to 7 min, until tender
2 1 4 1 1 1	c t T T T c -	black beans, cooked cumin, ground red wine parsley, minced basil, dried broth salt, to taste	add and simmer 10 or so min
puree in blender serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, and crudités
black bean dip (fantastic foods):
3/4 1 1	c c clv	dried black bean dip mix boiling water garlic, pressed	mix and let stand a few minutes
