1 1	c c	sugar butter	cream in mixer
1 1	ea t	egg vanilla	add and beat
9	oz	pkg mincemeat	crumble in
2 1/2 3	c t	flour baking powder	mix and add
roll into small balls, flatten, place on buttered cookie sheet bake 12 min at 375 or until lightly browned
