salmon on bed of glazed onion

3	T	olive oil	pour into #7 frying pan
3	ea	medium onions	slice into frying pan
1	lb	salmon steaks	place over onions
-		pepper	to taste
turn pan on medium cook 10-15 min until salmon is done through and onions are carmelized cover intermittently, to steam fish but keep bottom of skillet dry
