mix to make smooth batter

hot green chillies
chop and add
1/8

red pepper flakes
sesame oil
add and mix
vegetable oil
as required for frying
heat frying pan and brush lightly with oil
pour about 1/4 c batter into pan and tilt to coat evenly
cook until underside is browned, about 2 min
turn and cook other side
pour c 3/4 t oil on crepe as it is cooking
serve warm; makes 8 6" crepes
