mix to make smooth batter

hot green chillies
chop and add

red pepper flakes
sesame oil
add and mix



vegetable oil
as required for frying
  • heat frying pan and brush lightly with oil
  • pour about 1/4 c batter into pan and tilt to coat evenly
  • cook until underside is browned, about 2 min
  • turn and cook other side
  • pour c 3/4 t oil on crepe as it is cooking
  • serve warm; makes 8 6" crepes
