2 1 1 1	T T T T	sesame oil soy sauce ginger, minced garlic, minced	mix
2	lb	catfish fillets	place one layer in baking dish and cover with the above sauce
-		pepper to taste	grind over fillets
bake 10 to 12 min at 350 deg F
