  • bake in old waffle iron (or new one), or on griddle to make pancakes
  • if lazy, don't separate the eggs, just beat yolk and white together
  • use half flour half cornmeal if desired
  • basic recipe serves one, double/triple/etc at will
NOTE:
  • for buttermilk pancakes, substitue baking soda for the baking powder and buttermilk for the milk
