4 1 1	ea c ea	egg yolks sugar (scant) lemon, zest and juice	mix and beat 'til fluffy
2 2 1/3 1/2	c c c t	grated nuts grated carrots sifted flour baking powder	add and mix in
4	ea	egg whites	beat 'til stiff and fold in
pour into spring form pan bake until springy to the touch, c. 45 min at 350 deg F
