water to cover
let stand for 1 hr; drain

celery seed
turmeric
dry mustard
mustard seed
bring to boil and add to zucchini mix;
let stand 1 hr; bring to boil and cool
for 3 min



  • pack in sterile jars and seal while hot
note:
  • obviously the receipt works as well with cucumbers instead of zucchini
