light soy sauce
dry sherry
chicken broth
scallions, chopped







  • heat peanut oil in iron skillet; add crushed peppers and fermented beans and cook for 1 min while stirring
  • add garlic and cook for 30 sec while stirring
  • remove from heat and add remaining ingredients
  • serve in small bowls for dipping
