chop and saute in a little butter
'til soft; add spinach, cook 'til
moisture gone, then add to cheese mix
add salt and pepper to taste

phyllo dough
thaw and keep covered
  • butter pan, and layer in half the phyllo dough, one sheet at a time, buttering as you go
  • add cheese mix
  • layer in the rest of the phyllo dough
  • bake 15 min at 375 deg F, 30 min at 350 F
