1 2 1 1/4 1	ea T c t ea	egg, beaten sugar milk vanilla pinch salt	mix and pour into custard cups
1	ea	pinch nutmeg	sprinkle on top of each cup
bake 1 hr at 325 deg F, in water bath, 1 in deep test with knife; if knife comes out clean, the custard is done
