peanut oil to fry

  • heat wok; add oil and fry garlic and ginger briefly, do not brown
  • add meat and fry 'til meat no longer red
  • add other veggies and mushies, and stirfry, 'til just done
  • add water and soy sauce
  • add corn starch mix gradually, only as much as required, 'til thick enough
note:
  • vary the veggies any way you like, using red/green peppers, bok choy, or whatever; some color is nice
  • chicken or pork may be substituted for the beef if desired
