3 4 1 1 1 1 1/3	T clv ea lb t t c	chili powder garlic, minced medium onion, minced can crushed tomatoes ground cumin red pepper water	mix and simmer 10 min
1	lb	cheddar, shredded	reserve 1/2 c for top
12	ea	corn tortillas	warm
roll tortillas with shredded cheese inside and place in 8"X12" baking dish cover with the sauce cover the sauce with 1/2 c shredded cheese bake 20 min at 350 deg F
