1 3 1 3 1/2	c c c T t	molasses white sugar water vinegar cream of tarter	mix and boil to 256 deg F
1/2 1/4	c t	butter soda	add and mix
pour into buttered pan or platter let cool until handleable, and then pull when sufficiently aereated, pull into thin strands, and cut into pieces with buttered scissors keep separated on/with waxed paper
