 cream cheese
(4 ea 8-oz pkgs)
 add and beat until smooth

  • pour mixture into lined springform pan
  • bake 45 min at 325 deg F
  • broil briefly to produce brown spots on top
  • keep in icebox overnight before cutting and serving
  • (makes two)
