  • butter and flour tube pan and dump in mi x
  • two 4 1/4 x 8 1/4 loaf pans work well
  • bake 1 1/2 hr at 300 F
  • (2021 cake done after 1 hr -- 1 1/4 hr t oo long)

  • spoon batter into 10 in buttered/floured tube pan
  • bake 55-65 min at 350 deg F 'til tester comes out clean
  • cool 15 min in pan, romove to rack and c ool completely
  • to serve; drizzle each plate with rasber ry syrup
  • place slice of cake on sauce, top with w hipped cream
